Ever wonder how terribly designed conventional toothpaste is? I honestly wince when thinking about all the past toothpaste tubes I've used that are still around... never decomposing... becoming microplastics or emitting CO2 if incinerated... So I've been trying out Georganics over the last month and a bit to put an end to poor-paste-packaging, a mouthful, right? #punintended

As you can see, I've been working through their paste and tablet version as well as their #plasticfree floss (which comes in a refillable container). Take a look at that container of tablets by the way. It holds 120 tablets, giving you 60 days (approximately 2 months) of brushing. FURTHER, it's the easiest thing to travel with as you only need to pack for the days of your trip and it's not a liquid when it comes to carry-on luggage!

Here's a quick overview of the two ‘pastes

Tablets

Georganic’s Toothpaste Tablets are great for someone who just really needs the feeling of foam when brushing their teeth, which conventional toothpaste is loaded with. You chomp a tablet, let it dissolve and then start brushing. Of the two types of toothpastes I’ve tried, these tablets are the best for travel do to portion packing and liquid-free!

Paste

The Mineral Toothpaste if perfect for someone who just really wants more of a minty feeling afterwards. Swipe a pea-sized amount (or more for extra minty vibes) with the free wooden spatula and swipe onto your toothbrush. Naturally, the paste is best for having at home in my opinion as it does require (easy) fiddling. Though I definitely don’t mind the extra step to my routine!

The verdict?

Which is my favorite? I thought you'd ask! Because I am tried out these both, I can genuinely say that sometimes I'm in the mood for foam and sometimes I'm in the mood for more minty vibes. Also, sometimes I prefer to pop a tablet because I am lazy and don't want to mess around with the paste spatula at night. So honestly, I think both are fantastic and I will continue to use both, interchangeably, to suit what mood I'm in. As for the floss, I also think it's great! Georganics are also letting you have a free floss when use use code FREEFLOSS at checkout! I would definitely take advantage as we could all floss more. 😜 I’ve been trying to get back into the groove but am finding it slightly painful. Leave a comment if you have any tips for remembering to floss and getting over the first painful stage!
